Why is it called the Kick Butt Dinner Club?
We kick butt, and take names, in 3 ways:
First, it empowers parents to feel like they are absolutely kicking butt when making dinner. We take dinner prep from a "TOP 3" adult stressor to a quikc & easy daily opportunity. With easy recipes, a system for getting them on the table, and a "pocket nutrition coach" to tell them why the food is nourishing, parents feel amazing about providing dinner night after night.
Second, my dinner recipes support active families and athletes with powerful, specific nutrients. Adequate protein, greens galore, and super sauces that flood the body with nutrients, energize, and prevent disease. We teach kids that foods *literally* impact the body, from head to toe, so they can kick butt at whatever activity they choose.
Third, it's hard to really feel "Kick Butt" if your mental game is in the garbage. Regular, family dinners support mental health for everyone involved, but it can be tough to do it night after night. The Kick Butt Kitchen Dinner System is the tool you need. Complete shopping list (you can get the whole month's shopping done in less than an hour!), menu & recipes every month & week to reduce adult stress and supportive, family dinners to bolster kids' and teens' mental health.
My mission is to support parents and families who want to take back dinner. Those who want to teach their kids that meals are important, both for nutrition and connection. If you want a literal cheat sheet to get it done, join us! There's no risk, you'll save many multiples of the cost to join, you can cancel at any time. Start today!

Kick Butt Kitchen Tip - Pineapple:
When you’re buying pineapple, look for one that feels heavy for its size (that means juicy!), smells sweet at the base, and has bright green leaves that pull out easily. Avoid fruit with big soft spots or a sour smell. Don’t stress over the color — green or golden both can be perfectly ripe. If prepping a whole pineapple feels like too much, frozen pineapple is a fantastic option with the same nutrition and zero waste. Pro mom move: keep fresh or frozen pineapple on hand for smoothies, stir-fries, sheet-pan dinners, and easy dessert upgrades.
Just How Kick Butt are These Ingredients? They Take Names.
Pineapple is way more than just a sweet treat — it’s loaded with vitamin C to keep immune systems strong, manganese for bone health and metabolism, and powerful antioxidants that help protect your cells from everyday stress. It also contains bromelain, a special enzyme that supports digestion, helps your body break down protein, and may reduce inflammation and muscle soreness — which is a big win for athletes, growing kids, and sore parents alike. Plus, its natural sugars and hydration make pineapple amazing fuel for energy and recovery.
Let's Go!
