KBK 30-Minute Dinner System

And, you make it like this:

What about the rest of the week?

This week, we're making:

• Roasted Chicken with Easy Spinach Pesto Sauce, Egg Noodles & Salad

•  Roasted Sausage, Apples, Onions & Potatoes with Salad

And, there's more where that came from throughout October! For only $14/month, you can have it all. The full month of recipes, shopping lists and a weekly breakdown so you can shop monthly and/or weekly. Best of all, you'll learn an EASY system called the Kick Butt Kitchen 30-Minute Dinner System. It will save you 10 hours per month between grocery shopping and cooking OR YOUR MONEY BACK.

Why is it called the Kick Butt Dinner Club?

We kick butt, and take names, in 3 ways:

First, it empowers parents to feel like they are absolutely kicking butt when making dinner. We take dinner prep from a "TOP 3" adult stressor to a quikc & easy daily opportunity. With easy recipes, a system for getting them on the table, and a "pocket nutrition coach" to tell them why the food is nourishing, parents feel amazing about providing dinner night after night.

Second, my dinner recipes support active families and athletes with powerful, specific nutrients. Adequate protein, greens galore, and super sauces that flood the body with nutrients, energize, and prevent disease. We teach kids that foods *literally* impact the body, from head to toe, so they can kick butt at whatever activity they choose.

Third, it's hard to really feel "Kick Butt" if your mental game is in the garbage. Regular, family dinners support mental health for everyone involved, but it can be tough to do it night after night. The Kick Butt Kitchen Dinner System is the tool you need. Complete shopping list (you can get the whole month's shopping done in less than an hour!), menu & recipes every month & week to reduce adult stress and supportive, family dinners to bolster kids' and teens' mental health.

My mission is to support parents and families who want to take back dinner. Those who want to teach their kids that meals are important, both for nutrition and connection. If you want a literal cheat sheet to get it done, join us! There's no risk, you'll save many multiples of the cost to join, you can cancel at any time. Start today!

 Let's Go!

BONUS RECIPE!

High Protein Overnight Slow Cooker Oatmeal

Ingredients:

• 1 cup steel-cut oats (gluten-free if desired)
• 2 large apples, cored and chopped
• 1. 5 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk
• 3 cups water
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 0.25 tsp salt
• 2 Tbsp coconut oil
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 4 Tbsp hemp seeds (or if you don’t have these, omit, and add 1 more Tbsp oats)
• 4 Tbsp chia seeds
• 2 Tbsp real maple syrup or organic or local honey

Instructions:

1. VERY IMPORTANT: Grease your slow cooker with coconut oil, butter, or an oil spray. Don’t skip this step or your oatmeal will stick and burn to the sides.
2. Place all ingredients in your slow cooker, cover, and cook on low 7-8 hours.
3. Once cooked, stir well and serve. Add more milk, pecans, maple, honey, apples, etc. if desired (but delish as is).  You can also serve alongside Greek yogurt to boost protein or use as a recovery, see below.
4. Can be stored in refrigerator 3-4 days, simply reheat in microwave or stovetop.

Serves 4-6.

Adding Extra Protein:

Since I like a breakfast even slightly higher in proteins and fats, I add extra protein and healthy fats by pairing 1/2-1 cup oatmeal with 1/2-1 cup greek yogurt and optionally pecans (yum!).

Here's to healthy breakfasts!
